Ravens
One sent two ravens — Thought and Memory — and waited for them by evening. The Morrígan flew over the battlefield as a raven. Apollo turned the raven black because it brought the truth. Birds know when to speak and when not to.
She holds what was there before the name, before the face, before the role. The foundation. This is closeness.
Roses are woven in, not cut. A crown of feathers — knowledge.
The raven is silent. Because everything has already been said.
